27th Jan 2013: Hyderabad: Vaidehi Kishori Vikas yojana an awareness and life skill programme for adolscent girls in twin cities celebrates the 150 years of Swamy vivekananda and Annual day. The programme was presided by Dr Gouda Janarashan President Sewa Bharathi. HH Sri Sithikanthananda Swamyji of Ramakrishna Math has graciously blessed the 879 girls from 46 Sewa Basthi / slums of the twin cities.

SMT Suhasiniu Gothmarey IA&AS(Sr. Dpty Accountant General)  talked to the children on women welfare and role of women especially the adolscent girls in Modern India.

Amarnathnayudu DSP inaugurated the Photo Exhibition of Sewa activities of the Home. The exhibition gave a brief history Since its inception in 1994 including the way in which the Sanghamitra Seva Samiti responded to the natural calamities and the unfortunate accidents at the state and national level. The visitors were impressed and praised the efforts.
The cultural programmes and the childrens presentation stood as a highlight to the programme. Children performed a folk dance on the rural crafts which was so touching and cute. The DSP Mr Amarnath Naidu congratulated the samithi and praised the volunteers for their selfless efforts.
Sri Kasireddy Venkat Reddy the chief speaker of the evening talked about Swamy vivekananda and his vision. He said the Swamy in thirty and odd years has revolutionised the way in which the World and India thought.

Sewa Bharathi AP has conducted a Blood donation camp at Hanuman Temple, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanthi.A Total 80 Persons donated Blood including 5 Mahilas.

The Programme was supported by the Basava Tarakam Cancer institute / NTR Blood Bank, They have collected the Blood. As per them this blood will be given to children of age group 8 -13 years, suffering from Cancer. This camp was attended by Vibagh Sangh and Seva Bharathi Elders.Local Swyamsevaks have provided all the help.

సేవాభారతి అనుబంధ సంస్థ అయిన శ్రీ వాల్మీకి ఆవాసంలో  21-04-2013 ఆదివారం రోజున ఉదయం 9;30 నుండి 12;00గం; వరకు సామూహిక శ్రీ సత్యనారాయణ స్వామి  వ్రతాలు  ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. గ్రామీణ,నిరుపేద,నిరక్షరాస్య కుటుంబాల విద్యార్థుల కోసం నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఈ ఆవాసంలో ప్రతి సంవత్సరం విద్యాసంవత్సరం చివరన విద్యార్థుల తల్లి,దండ్రులతో పాటు పట్టణ ప్రముఖులతో సామూహిక సత్యనారాయణ వ్రతాలను నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.ఇందులో భాగంగా 93జంటలు వ్రతంలో పాల్గొని తిర్ధప్రసాదాలను స్వీకరించారు. అనంతరం సహపంక్తి భోజనాలను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్య అతిథిగా  పాల్గొన్న RSS విభాగ్ సంఘచాలక్ మల్లోజుల కిషన్ జీ    మాట్లాడుతూ సమాజంలో సామాజిక సమరసతను పెంపొందించేందుకు ఇలాంటి కార్యక్రమాలు ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగపడతాయన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో RSS జిల్లా సంఘచాలక్ Dr. భీమనాత్ని శంకర్, నగర సంఘచాలాక్ జిడిగె పురుషోత్తం,ఆవాస అధ్యక్షులు Dr. శైలేంధర్ రెడ్డి,ఉపాధ్యక్షులు భోగ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు,కార్యదర్శి మదన్ మోహన్ రావు, నిర్వాహకులు లక్ష్మా రెడ్డి,గౌడ సూర్యనారాయణ, Dr. ధనుంజయ్,మారుతీ రావు,అశోక్ రావు,బొమ్మెర సత్యనారాయణ,BJP రాష్ట్ర కార్యవర్గసభ్యులు ముదుగంటి రవీంధర్ రెడ్డి,ఆవాస ప్రముఖ్  మల్లేశం, తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
